LOS ANGELES -- UFC light heavyweight champion Lyoto Machida held an open workout at the Black House Gym in Gardena, Calif., on Tuesday in light of his upcoming title defense against Shogun Rua at UFC 104. Machida talked about his mindset going into Saturday's title fight, why he doesn't think Fedor Emelianenko should be considered the best heavyweight in the world and much more.
