LAS VEGAS -- MMA Fighting caught up with Matt Serra one more time before his UFC 109 fight against Frank Trigg on Wednesday afternoon, and while "The Terror" was a little more subdued compared to our previous interview, he still had enough energy to talk about his incredibly popular video blog series and why he needs no motivation to hit Trigg in the face.

Serra also showed off his chiseled physique and discussed his uncertain future in MMA. Check out the video interview below.
